Our Studio

The FOXGLOVE DESIGN Studio offers an opportunity for inspiration and a place to discuss style and design ideas. It is especially helpful for those thinking of custom building, renovating or redesigning a space with many samples of cabinetry, countertops, fabrics and much more on display to inspire and view. Come in to see our cabinet displays as well as our beautiful working kitchen. It can all come together, starting with a complimentary appointment to your home to get your project started!

Meet The Team

michelle major
Michelle Major

Michelle has been designing and transforming homes for 24 years. She has a passion for working with clients and making their dreams come true. Designing a space and creating the vision for a client is something that gives her great satisfaction. Creating a space can be as simple as adding new accent cushions or redesigning the whole space for a dramatic change. She was featured on “Let’s Build, The Ultimate Outdoor Retreat” TV Show doing all the Interior and Kitchen design on that project. She has also been featured on City Line with one of her projects. Michelle is also on the Advisory Committee for the Decorating Program/ Kitchen and Bath Program at Georgian College. Michelle taught in the Kitchen and Bath Program and in the Decorating Program providing her valuable experience to the students in the program.

Miranda Lauren

Miranda Lauren believes that functionality is the core for great design and that aesthetics should never be compromised in the design process. Miranda’s eye for detail and her creative passions drive her to exceed expectations and thrive in an industry that is constantly changing. Miranda assists the lead designers at Foxglove Design with their project needs. Her positive energy is what pushes her to continually learn. Miranda is inspired by sustainable design and is dedicated to understanding product knowledge. Miranda earned an Interior Decorating Diploma with Honours at Georgian College and is a certified Kitchen & Bath Designer. She excelled in her post-secondary education and placed 2nd in Ontario for the NKBA Student Design Competition of 2020.

Tessa Seegert

Tessa believes that a home should reflect the people that live inside and is passionate about making a client’s dreams come true. She is keen to offer an experience that is fun and uncomplicated for all projects, whether it’s a renovation or new construction, her goal is to make the process as easy for clients as possible. She strives to bring a positive attitude with her best foot forward every day while continuously learning from all that the industry has to offer. Tessa graduated with honours from the Georgian College Interior Decorating program and is a certified Kitchen and Bath designer.
