We collaborate with you at each step to ensure the results are nothing short of transformational and reflect your goals and aspirations. First, we work to understand your needs, lifestyle and overall budget. Then, in a collaborative effort, we design, renovate or build you a beautiful and functional space..
The planning phase is critical; it is why our rigorous process always remains the same. We know what questions to ask to understand your functional needs and aesthetic preferences. You also send us your inspiration using Pinterest and home design magazines. This helps us to understand your style preferences and identify colour palettes. Our precise format and follow-through on client promises is what has earned us raves and repeat business.
We analyze the information you provide to design and refine a floor plan with 360-visuals that reflect your aesthetic, blending both style and function. We then select materials, you meet our trades, and we quote on the project before a renovation or build even begins. The estimate is accompanied by accurate pricing and a comprehensive plan that meets your expectations. You sign off and the work commences.
We work closely with our trades on your project. Each contractor is vetted and understands our high-level expectations. We remain accountable to you throughout the process and upon project completion, you will receive a detailed binder containing all your warranties. A final hold-back payment to our contractors applies until the work is completed to your satisfaction and you sign off on the project. Major custom build and home renovation clients will also take home a custom keepsake coffee table book by Foxglove Design that contains all your professional photos of the before-and-after transformation.
